Leaves with Blue Sky represents my favrorite fall day.  Enchanting leaves of all colors falling in the crisp October air, creating a wonderful contrast to the bright blue sky and warm sun. 
 
Original mixed media painting on wood panel 8 x 8 inches, with a depth of 7/8".  
 
This piece is made on high quality birch panel with pine support cradle. The mixed media painting combines; acrylic paint, pigmented ink, and pen to form elements of painting, drawing, hand printed leaves, and collage. Only the highest quality materials are used and the surface is protected with layers of gel medium and polymer varnish.
